As Bitexen Global, we periodically evaluate the compliance of all crypto assets listed on our platform with our Listing and Delisting Criteria, within the framework of applicable regulations, corporate policies, and related documents. Following these evaluations, the delisting of any crypto asset deemed not to meet the criteria set forth by the regulations and relevant corporate documents is carried out in line with our Listing Procedure.

In this context, it has been decided that the listing of dForce (DF) and Utrust (UTK) on Bitexen Global will be terminated as of April 7, 2026, at 15:00 (UTC).

As of the date and time stated above, all transactions, including deposit, withdrawal, buy, and sell, for these assets will be fully discontinued.

To avoid any potential issues, please ensure that you complete all transactions related to your dForce (DF) and Utrust (UTK) balances by April 7, 2026, at 15:00 (UTC).

After the delisting date, trading, deposit, and withdrawal services for dForce (DF) and Utrust (UTK) will no longer be available on the exchange.

Therefore, it is extremely important that users complete all necessary transactions before the specified deadline.

If users fail to complete all transactions related to their dForce (DF) and Utrust (UTK) balances by April 7, 2026, at 15:00 (UTC), Bitexen Global shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise, including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, business loss, reputational damage, loss of anticipated savings, or business interruption.

Accordingly, Bitexen Global assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from failure to complete such transactions by the specified date.
