How to Open a Bitexen Global Account?
Creating and verifying a user account on Bitexen Global is easy and takes less than a minute.
Click on
Create Account button on the top right of Bitexen Global
webpage or go to
Sign Up button on Bitexen Global mobile app.
- Enter your Name, Surname, e-mail address. Choose a password and confirm it. After reviewing legal documents, approve by clicking on the buttons. Click on Create Account or Sign Up button.
- Go to your e-mail address you used for registration, open the E-mail Verification message sent by Bitexen and click on the Verify E-mail Address button in the e-mail.
- Sign in to your account and enter your mobile phone number on the pop-up that will be opened, click on Approve.
Your account is now created.
To start your transactions you need to verify your account. To verify;
On Bitexen Global website; Go to the rightmost field on the top menu, where your name is seen. Click on the Settings menu on the top of the dropdown list.
On mobile app; Click on the settings icon on Home page and then on Account Not Verified expression.
- Click on Passport Verification field at the bottom of the page. Scan the first page of the passport (the page with your personal information and photo) by your device camera or upload your passport picture.
- On the same screen complete your liveness verification.
- Fill and Submit the Customer Identification Form in the Settings Menu.
Your account is now verified.
