To open a derivatives account, you must first verify your Bitexen Global account by completing the following steps in order:

• Email confirmation
• SMS verification
• ID verification
• Proof of address
Completion of the KYC form

Once your account is verified, you can open your derivatives account and start trading using your Bitexen Global balance.

📋 Participation Rules

  1. Program participants must be Bitexen Global users with a fully verified active account. (KYC Form must be completed.)
  2. Reward amounts will be credited to Bitexen Global user accounts. In the event of a delay, no compensation claims can be made against Bitexen Global.
  3. This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, transferred to another user/account, used as payment, or altered in any way.

    All clients must close their open positions and cancel active orders in order to withdraw funds earned through bonuses. Additionally, any deposit made to the derivatives account will reset the bonus balance to zero.


Bonus Campaign – Terms and Conditions
 1. Eligibility
This bonus campaign is available to verified users who meet the specific participation criteria announced by Bitexen Global. Bitexen Global reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where necessary to comply with applicable laws or for operational, security, or regulatory reasons.
 2. Fraudulent or Abusive Behaviour
Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the campaign, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, self-trading, wash trading, or coordinated actions between multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. Bitexen Global reserves the right to disqualify any user engaged in such behaviour and revoke all related bonuses and profits. Upon detection of such activities, Bitexen Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the participation of the relevant users in the campaign, revoke any bonuses and profits obtained therefrom, and, where appropriate, refer the matter to the competent legal or regulatory authorities.
 3. Hedging and Arbitrage Restrictions
Bonuses are intended to encourage genuine trading activity. Engaging in hedging, offsetting positions, or exploiting price differences between accounts, platforms, or markets is not permitted. Such activities may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related profits.
 4. Multiple or Bulk Accounts
Each participant is permitted to hold only one eligible account for the campaign. Users found operating multiple, duplicate, or bulk accounts will have all bonuses and related profits cancelled, and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.
 5. Fair and Orderly Trading
All trading activities under this campaign must comply with fair and orderly market conduct. Participants must not engage in disruptive trading practices, spoofing, layering, or any other behaviour that could harm market integrity.
 6. Bonus Revocation and Adjustments
Bitexen Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, adjust, or cancel any bonuses and profits obtained through this campaign if it determines that the participant has breached these Terms or engaged in suspicious or abusive activity.
 7. General Conditions
Bitexen Global’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and bonus calculation are final and binding. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for trading purposes unless otherwise specified.

Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  7. Users engaging in fraud, system manipulation, or violating AML/CTF policies may be disqualified, and legal action may be taken.
